Every skin is unique and reacts differently, which is why we take back unopened products as well as products tested to a reasonable extent and refund the corresponding amount. That way you can try our products without any risk. To use the satisfaction guarantee, contact our customer service within the first 30 days of receiving your parcel and we will discuss the next steps together. When developing our products we comply with the applicable legal requirements for cosmetic products. These include, for example, rules on which substances may not be used in cosmetics at all, or only under certain conditions. Beyond that, we make deliberate choices when selecting our ingredients: for instance, we use exclusively vegan ingredients and, as a rule, choose fragrance-free formulations – except for our lip products, which contain vanillin. Yes. All ingredients are vegan – we do not use any animal-derived raw materials.

Yes, our Antioxidant Serum can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding. For our products, we take into account whether certain ingredients are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. You'll find the relevant information directly on each product. The use of retinoids (vitamin A derivatives) and salicylic acid (BHA) is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Note: During pregnancy, the many physiological changes can alter the effectiveness of certain active ingredients. Some cosmetic ingredients are distributed, broken down or excreted differently in the body, which also changes how they work. For this reason, during pregnancy and after giving birth, it is recommended to adjust the dosage and to use active skincare under medical supervision.

When combining it with the 1% Retinol Booster or Vitamin A Serum, we recommend using them at different times – morning & evening or on different days. Both products contain retinoids, which can cause skin irritation if overdosed or combined incorrectly. With vitamin C, the Antioxidant Serum also contains an active ingredient that can put more strain on the skin barrier when used at the same time as retinoids.
